Fulfilment & Shipping: Upon order acceptance, items are dispatched from our internal facilities. Estimated delivery timeframes to European territories generally range from 5 to 40 business days, subject to customs clearance.
- EUROPEAN CONSUMER RIGHTS & STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL
In strict compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing within the European Union and the United Kingdom possess a statutory right to withdraw from the commercial contract within (14) days from the date physical possession of the items is acquired. To exercise this right, the consumer must submit an unequivocal written declaration to transparent@acrylicsteps.com.
The consumer must return the physical items to our designated facility without undue delay and no later than (14) days from the communication date. The consumer bears the direct financial responsibilities associated with the return transit costs. All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and fit for subsequent resale.
Refund Policy: Upon valid return and inspection of the items at our designated facility, Acrylicsteps will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Within the maximum boundaries permitted under applicable Canadian and European jurisdiction, Acrylicsteps limits its liability exclusively to the direct purchase value of the physical item acquired.
